Chronos is the Protogenos of time. Portrayed as a serpentine god with three heads, his appearance evolved into an old wise man with a very long beard during the Renaissance. With his wife Ananke, he created the world-egg and separated it into the earth, sea and sky. He now circles it with her, leading the world and the heaven into eternal rotation. This statue is beautifully designed, sculpted and handcrafted to the finest detail in cold cast metal (Bronze/pewter) finish.
